As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you’ll play a key role in identifying new opportunities for our company. You’ll be responsible for seeking out potential clients, building relationships, and making sure we’re connecting with the right people.

Here’s What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead Generation: Proactively research and find leads that align with Intractive’s target audiences.
- Outbound Prospecting: Reach out to potential clients in a friendly manner through email, phone, or social media.
- Qualification: Assess whether those leads are truly a good fit, qualify them, and pass them on to the account executives.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date on market trends and developments in the industry to discover new opportunities.
- CRM Management: Keep the CRM system meticulously updated with the latest lead information to ensure everything is organized and up-to-date.
- Hitting Targets: Of course, you’ll work towards your weekly and monthly goals, and ideally, you’ll even exceed them!

- At least 1 year of experience in sales or lead generation, preferably in the SaaS or tech sector.
- You have experience with CRM tools like Pipedrive or HubSpot.
- You are fluent in Dutch and English.
