Here’s What You’ll Be Doing:
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain long-term client relationships (we take our customer intimacy seriously).
- 360 degrees sales: Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Follow up leads: Generate new opportunities from qualified leads.
- Client Engagement: Deliver exceptional touchpoints and communication throughout the cycle—via calls, product demonstrations, or on-site presentations.
- Account Growth: Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.
- Target Achievement: Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Sales Forecasting: Accurately forecast future sales.
Who are you?
- Driven: Proactive in identifying customer needs and solutions.

- Strong Communicator: You’re skilled in both verbal and written communication and know how to persuade people in a pleasant way.

- Team Player: You’re a great colleague but also feel comfortable working independently.
- At least 3 years of commercial experience, ideally in a SaaS environment or selling to recruitment or communication departments.
- You have experience with CRM tools like Pipedrive or HubSpot.
- You are fluent in Dutch and English.
